We firmly believe in your privacy and the security of your personal information. We do not rent, sell or distribute our customer base or newsletter e-mails to anyone. We also do not store your credit card details on our server, all credit card purchases are processed through our secure payment gateway. Your privacy is important to us.

If you place an order with us, we send email messages pertaining to your order. We do not sell your email address to other parties. All our newsletter go out to customers who've subscribed to them, through the option given by us on the website. However, we do not collect Credit/Debit Card Information. This information goes directly to our third party, secure payment gateway (Razorpay) and is not retained in our servers at all.

Prices are inclusive of Taxes, but not any custom charges that may occur for international deliveries, or transaction fees that you may be charged by your bank for making a payment in a different currency to your holding account. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your bank account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your account within 7 days. The User agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.

Divisha Sharma India reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. Divisha Sharma India will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
